History

BTI Business Training International GmbH was established in 1997 by Michael Gebel and Thomas Walter. Both are business graduates with several years of experience in business consulting and management training. Since 1998 Ottmar Schneck, Professor at the European School of Business joined the team and guarantees for the quality of BTI-products and services in didactic and content.

Our Mission

We help our customers  increase their productivity and service quality and mobilize their employees.

We use open communication, based on partnership and co-operation and utilize interactive and innovative learning methods, to make an impact in a short time on a lot of people.

Our concept is based on “the learning organization” as an organization can only be successful, when entrepreneurial thinking and behavior are a daily practice at both management and employee levels.

We support our customers with our management know-how, interactive learning methods, our training experience and our unique line of products, being delivered through a growing international network of professionals and our international partner-network.
